Meet Amelia
Amelia S. Williams joined Litaker Insurance as Account Manager in 2023. In her role, she provides exceptional customer service to each client, managing everything from processing policy changes and payments to providing quotes on rewrites and new business.
Prior to joining the Litaker Insurance team, Amelia held various roles in sales, customer service, and administrative operations, including Account Manager and Sales Assistance at Allen Tate Insurance and Team Leader and Customer Service Representative at Credit Adjustment Bureau (CAB). She also holds a property & casualty insurance license in North Carolina.
Amelia graduated from Ashford University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. She's originally from Pineville, South Carolina, but has been in the Charlotte area for the last several years. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family (including several nieces and nephews), traveling (especially to the beach), seafood, keeping plants alive, and going to concerts.
