Meet Hans
E. Hans Litaker joined Litaker Insurance in 1985, marking the third generation of agency leadership. He previously served as Insurance Advisor and Vice President and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency and provides personal lines insurance, always ensuring that each client feels like family.
A Charlotte native, Hans has always been close to the family business and was honored to join the agency and continue the legacy his grandfather started. He attended East Mecklenburg High School. He graduated from NC State with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology before joining the Litaker Insurance team.
Outside of his professional life, Hans enjoys spending time with friends and family (including his spouse Lisa, daughters Cameron and Hannah, two grandchildren, and dog Bailey), traveling to the beach and mountains, camping, gardening, and cheering on his favorite teams: the NC State football and basketball teams, Carolina Panthers, and Atlanta Braves. He is also passionate about supporting the local Humane Society.
